He is survived by his wife, Stacy Lynn Gallardo; children, Matthew "Jay" Ervin, Samuel and Leela Gallardo; parents, Anthony "Tony" and Mary Gallardo; sister, Melissa Gallardo Plourd; brother, Aaron Gallardo; 2 nephews, extended family and many friends.
