John Kezele (1918 - 2010)

John Kezele Age 92, born July 7, 1918 in Evelth , Minnesota . Died November 16, 2010 in Seattle . Preceded in death by his wife Helen and three brothers Kazimer, Tony and Joseph. Survived by his sister Olga Saylor and brother Victor Kezele. Also survived by many relatives and friends.

After being discharged from the army, Johnny worked for 26 years as a ILWU Local 19 longshoreman on the Seattle waterfront. In his 28 years of retirement, Uncle Johnny enjoyed sports, especially baseball and hockey, going to his usual restaurants as they opened for their morning patrons and smoking cigars whenever he could and sometimes when he shouldn't.

Johnny lived his life his way and passed away peacefully. A gathering of family and friends, 3:00PM, Friday, November 26, 2010 at Wiggen & Sons Funeral Home - 2003 N.W. 57th St., Seattle.
